Registering Online through Daysmart

  • All customers are eligible to use online registration. Class schedule can be found on the Sports City website under the Lil’ Athletes tab. Registering online using Daysmart is the preferred, easiest, fastest, and most efficient way to register your child.

In Person Registration or by phone

  • Call us at 707-757-9008 (leave a message if nobody is at the desk at that moment) or go to our front desk during facility hours (Sports City is open during any times in which a game or class is scheduled. Sports City Game and Class Schedules) to register.

Email is the preferred contact method: [email protected]. The Coordinator works Wednesday-Sunday. The Assistant Coordinator works Saturday-Wednesday. Please allow for 1-3 business days for them to get back to you.

WAITLIST

Our classes are fairly popular and tend to fill up. If you were not able to enroll in your preferred class, day, and time, please check out our other class options during the week to see what else may work for your schedule.

  • If the class you want your child to be added to is full, put your child on the waitlist.
  • Waitlists are not ensured to be added to class, not ensured a spot, and not ensured that a space will open up for them.
  • If you put your child’s name on a waitlist, but then see their name has been “removed” from that class, the Coordinator simply moved your child to the waitlist roster, keeping their preferred class and spot on the waitlist. You only need to add your child to one class’s waitlist once; their spot has been documented for that class.
  • Once on the waitlist, if a spot happens to open up and you are at the top of the waitlist, the Lil’ Athletes Coordinator will reach out to you. If no one has contacted you, there is currently not a spot available. If you are contacted and you do not answer or complete payment for the spot, you will be passed up as the Coordinator will reach out to the next people on the waitlist.
  • No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment.

MAKE UP POLICY

Make Ups are allowed and welcomed.
