Girls' Flag Football Leagues

3rd-4th Grade | 5th-6th Grade | 7th-8th Grade | Highschool

Divisions are based on the player’s grade for the upcoming 2026-’27 August school year.

We follow the school-year age guidelines, using a September 2nd cutoff date to determine age and grade eligibility.

Summer 2026 Session

Summer 2026 registration is open now!

Leagues run May 30th through July 26th

Games primarily take place on Sundays, with overflow games on Saturday.

Every team will be scheduled to play 8 games.

Games are typically played once per week across an 8-week season. Depending on scheduling, some weeks may include doubleheaders, and the season could run slightly longer.

Private Team Discount Deadline: May 3rd – Save $50

*Must pay in full by May 3rd to receive discount.

*Private team discount does not apply to individual registrations.

*Late registrations will result in an additional fee.

*We cannot guarantee that players who register late will be placed on a team.

Private Team Age Groups & Rates

Private Team Frequently Asked Questions

  • Create a DASH account or log into your existing account.

  • Once you log into your account, the system will prompt you to sign a waiver if needed.

  • Select the Membership tab on your dashboard to check status or purchase the necessary Flag Football League Membership for your child. Skip this step, each player’s flag football membership fee is waived for the inaugural flag football season!

  • Once your child is in the system, the team manager will need to request that they be added to the roster. This is not something parents can do themselves.

  • Private team fees are $1,300. Each team determines how those fees are distributed amongst players.

  • $50 Annual Flag Football Membership (Good for 1 year from date of purchase.)
    Membership fee is waived for the inaugural flag football season!

  • Each session consists of 8 games.
  • Private teams receive one free practice on at least 1/2 of a large field.
  • Teams are welcome to rent the field for additional practices if they choose.
  • Flag football games primarily take place on Sundays. Overflow games will take place on Saturdays.

  • Footwear: indoor, turf, or any athletic shoes are acceptable. Cleats are not allowed.
  • Jerseys, flags, and footballs will be provided by Sports City.
  • Sports City and Poppy Bank Epicenter have a zero-tolerance policy for outside food and drinks.

  • Only water is allowed.

  • We have food and drink options available via vending machines, Freeze & Fuel, and Victory House Sports Bar & Restaurant.

  • Yes! Each team needs a parent volunteer to serve as “coach.”

  • The main responsibilities are organizing the team on game day, coordinating substitutions, and ensuring equal playing time.

  • Football experience is great, but not required.

  • For everyone serving as head coach, we will discount your child’s team fees by 50%.

  • There are no exceptions for registering below a player’s grade level.

  • Yes. While we can’t guarantee this, every effort will be made to accommodate these requests. Both players must request each other during the registration process and both players must be registered at the time teams are formed.
