Rental balance must be paid in full to secure your slot. The amount is refundable with a 72 hour notice.
Waivers must be completed online by non-member participants. Sports City assumes no liability and is merely providing a facility for your use. In consideration for this privilege participants agree to assume all risks and hold harmless Sports City, it’s owners, it’s staff, property owners and all others having an interest in Sports City from all liability, negligence, causes of action, claims, demands and damages of every kind which may result from participation at Sports City.

Sports City features three world-class fields that are available to rent on an hourly basis. Whether you are looking to host your team training, school leagues, or a private event, we’ve got flexible rental packages that will work for you.

- Sports City waivers must be completed by all non-member participants. Poppy Bank Epicenter waivers are not accepted.
Sports City Rental Rules
- All field rentals are limited to 16 participants. Please submit your list of players’ first and last names and date of birth on the rental roster submission form as soon as possible. Roster Submission Form
- Any new players must create their accounts in advance–there will not be any computers available for use.
- Groups will wait outside the arena for staff to check them in.
- No outside food or drinks.
- Once your rental is over, all participants must immediately gather their things and exit the arena.
- The scoreboard is off limits.
- Rentals caught with players who aren’t on the roster will be cancelled without refund.
*Any violations of the above listed rules will result in immediate termination of the rental and suspension of future rental privileges. No refunds will be issued.*
Arena Policies
- Outside balls are not allowed unless an adult coach/parent brings a single bag of balls for use and individual players only use balls on the fields. Individual players are not allowed to bring outside balls to the facilities. Outside balls will be confiscated.
- Sports City will provide 6 balls for rentals.
- Cleats are not allowed. Flat soled non-marking shoes or turf shoes are acceptable for use in the arenas.
- Spitting and chewing gum is not allowed. Individuals caught engaging in these behaviors will have membership/privileges revoked.
- No outside food or beverage is allowed in the facilities with the exception of water and sports drinks. Individuals caught bringing in outside food or beverage will have membership/privileges revoked.
- Customers renting the court will be financially responsible for any damage that occurs during the rental.
The User assumes and agrees to be fully and exclusively responsible for the safety of the persons and property of all participants in the events during the Rental Period, including, without limitation, employees, participants, associates, guests, spectators and any members of the public in attendance at any of the events being held by the User at the facility. The User shall defend, indemnify, and hold the Owner, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from and against any and all liability, loss, expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, or claims for injury or damages arising out of the performance of this Agreement but only in proportion to and to the extent such liability, loss, expense, attorneys’ fees, or claims for injury or damages are caused by or result from the negligent or intentional acts or omissions of the User, its officers, agents, employees, participants, associates, guests, spectators and any members of the public in attendance at any of the events being held by the User at the facility.
