Program Policies

CLASS FEE & LENGTH

Lil’ Kickers classes are $14.50 per class

Lil’ Sluggers, Lil’ Hoopsters and Skills Institute classes are $16.50 per class

All classes are 50 minutes.

Classes are subject to be cancelled if there is low enrollment. Classes with 1 child will be cancelled before week 4 of each session.

ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP

A Sports City annual membership fee of $45 per child is required.

TRIAL CLASSES

Trial classes are for children whom haven’t participated in a Lil’ Kickers, Lil’ Sluggers, Lil’ Hoopsters or Skills Institute class before. One free trial class per child. All first time trial classes are free of charge. Customers may only do trials in classes that have space available. Please call in advance to make sure there is room in the class to participate in a free trial. All free trials are only offered for classes held at the Santa Rosa Facility located at 3215 Coffey Lane or the Cotati Facility located at 6700 Stony Point Road. There are no free trials the last week of a session.

OPEN ENROLLMENT

The open enrollment policy is defined as being able to join any Lil’ Kickers class, Lil’ Sluggers class, Lil’ Hoopsters class or Skills Institute class (based on availability) in progress, any week you would like for the remainder of the session.

DISCOUNTS

The following discounts are applied one per session:
Multiple Class Discount: Defined by a child who is enrolled in more than one class per week for a minimum of 8 weeks out of a session. Participant will receive $20 off. You must register in person or over the phone to receive the discount. The online registration feature does not apply discounts.

Siblings: Siblings are defined as children that reside in the same household and are under the care of the same parent/guardian. The sibling discount is $20 off for each child after the first is “paid in full” for at least 8 weeks of a session. Discount only applies when the children are enrolled in the same session. You must register in person or over the phone to receive the discount. The online registration feature does not apply discounts.

3rd Consecutive Session Discount: Defined as a child who enrolls for three consecutive Lil’ Kickers sessions, Lil’ Sluggers sessions, Lil’ Hoopsters session or Skills Institute sessions. This child will receive $20 off of his 3rd session registration fee. Please call the Sports City office at 707-708-4625 to apply, as the online registration system does not apply discounts.

REGISTRATION

No spaces in any class are guaranteed without payment. You can join anytime. Sports City Membership is required for all participants. We accept credit card or debit card payments only (Visa or MasterCard). Cash and Checks are not accepted.

In Person Registration or by phone: Call us at 707-708-4625 or go to either facility during facility hours to register.

Registering Online through DASH: All customers are eligible to use online registration.

Lil’ Kickers, Lil’ Sluggers, Lil’ Hoopsters and Skills Institute Registration Confirmation:

Registering online, in person or over the phone: confirmation is automatic – your child will be placed on the class roster. We will only call if a change needs to be made.

LIL’ KICKERS, LIL’ SLUGGERS, LIL’ HOOPSTERS AND SKILLS INSTITUTE REFUND POLICY

Full refunds will be issued if the request is received prior to a session beginning or within 7 days after the first class that you have registered for. If a refund is requested after the first 7 days of the session start date, a $20 cancellation fee will be charged in addition to the price of classes that have already taken place during the session.

CHECKING IN FOR CLASS

Please check your child in with their coach each day.

TRANSFERS

Customers may transfer their child at any point in the session. All class transfers depend upon availability.

LIL’ KICKERS, LIL’ SLUGGERS, LIL’ HOOPSTERS AND SKILLS INSTITUTE MAKE-UP CLASS POLICY

If your child misses a class, you may do a make-up for that class anytime during the session you are signed up for. You may not do a make-up after the session has ended. The class must be open. Please visit our website to check availability before making up a class. Upon arrival of your make-up class, please check in at the front desk.

PARENTS ON-SITE POLICY

A parent or guardian of children 4 years and younger must remain on-site at all times during class. Sports City does not assume the responsibility to supervise any siblings or friends of the Lil’ Kickers, Lil’ Sluggers, or Lil’ Hoopsters participant.

PARENTS/SIBLINGS DURING CLASS TIME

We ask that all parents and siblings stay off the field during class. Exception; parent child participation classes may have one parent per child out on the field as their partner. No siblings please, unless they are an infant in an over the shoulder baby carrier.

CLASS HOLIDAYS

In the event a holiday falls on a normal class day, participants will not be charged for that class. We observe the following holidays: New Years Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Years Eve.
