Thank you for your interest in signing up your child for the league run at Sports City. Below are instructions for getting your son or daughter registered. If you have any problems, please feel free to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Thank you for choosing Sports City!
- Click here to login or create your MySAM account.
- Once entering your email address and personal information, log into your email and click the email confirmation link.
- Accept the Sports City waiver by checking the box, entering your password, and your initials.
- At this point you will see your MySAM dashboard.
- Click on “Register” located on the left-hand column.
- Click on “Join an existing team”.
- Select or add the child that you are registering.
- Under “Location” be sure and select, “Santa Rosa”. (This is for in house logistics only)
- Select, “Register” for the appropriate team listed in the search results.
- If you prefer to be placed on a team with another individual please note this in the comments section. Select yes or no for medical information and click “continue”.
- This will bring up a shopping cart with the team fee and you will be prompted to add the $40.00 youth annual membership to your cart if your child’s membership is not current.
- Proceed to checkout.
- Please note if your child has not played here before they need to come to either facility to take a photo and show proof of age via a birth certificate, passport or medical ID card. Your child’s registration will be complete once this is done.
