Circuit training is a form of body conditioning training. Each “circuit” will include fitness, soccer skill or a combination of both. The time between exercises is short, with an immediate movement to the next exercise.

Circuit training is designed to work on fitness and soccer skill all at the same time. Players will rotate through all circuits in each class. Some circuits will change week to week.

It’s a challenging and fun way to get fit. I absolutely love it and Coach Shannon is awesome!

What to expect?
  • Speed & agility ladders.
  • One touch passing, turning with the ball (with fitness movement).
  • Volleys, traps & headers (with fitness movement).
  • Dribbling applications (with fitness movement).
  • Skill development applications (with fitness movement).
